Data Deletion

You can delete your data from NestXO (operated by NestOne Group Private Limited) at any time. This page explains how, in line with the data-deletion requirements of the platforms we integrate with (including Meta/Facebook and Instagram).
Disconnect a social account
In NestXO, open Social → Channels and remove any connected account. This immediately revokes NestXO’s access and deletes the stored access tokens for that account. We stop retrieving any further data from it.
Request full data deletion
- Email platform@nestonegroup.com from your registered address with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, or
- Ask your organisation administrator to delete your account and associated data from the platform.
We will delete your personal data and any data retrieved from your connected social accounts within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
Automated deletion (Meta)
If you remove the NestXO app from your Facebook/Instagram account settings, Meta notifies us via our data-deletion callback and we delete the associated data automatically. You will be shown a confirmation reference to track the request.
